"Waste of my time"

firstly I had two appointments cancelled, I then got a phone call of the appointment people I should expect a call, with in 12 days,call never came so after 3 weeks I rang them ,the lady I spoke to couldn’t apologise enough I wasn’t even down as a referral I was down as a follow up,so I eventually get my appointment and don’t get asked for a urine sample which I got told I would need, so after waiting a short time I go and see who I thought was dc das, no it’s another lady who was very pleasant but I couldn’t hear her, I felt I was being rude keep saying pardon, I was in the room less than 15 mins I got sent for blood tests xrays and physio, and she would see me in 6months, so am left in pain still taking morphine because sometimes the pain is so bad, I have no clue as to why am in so much pain and no explanation, so today I rang my gp, and asked for the results of my xrays and blood test and to be told I had suspected tennis elbow was like some sort of joke, I did not mention my elbow or any part off, my arms it’s my left hip and knees and no bloods back they were done 3 weeks ago, I am going to ring the hospital tomorrow to make a formal complaint, I love are nhs and always have but I feel totally let down
