About: University Hospital Monklands / Gastroenterology (Ward 10)

(as the patient),

I attended for an elective flexible sigmoidoscopy at this location and have nothing but the highest praise for the staff who were directly involved. I do not make a good patient but they put me at ease with their wonderfully empathetic manner and I feel it is just and proper that they receive plaudits for this.

The staff members are; Sister Heron, Nurse Linzi, Nurse Gayle and Student Nurse Emily.
