I was a patient from 23 - 24 May 2019 for the HoLEP procedure in Urology. As such I dealt with several departments, from the Day Surgery Unit, Surgical prep, post-op, ward care and the Discharge lounge. I can say with complete honesty that every single member of staff I encountered, from doctors to interns, were nothing less than kind, helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever it took for my experience to be as good as possible. Their efforts on my behalf really made my stay in their care an enjoyable event, even when I was scared, concerned or in discomfort. I wish I could remember everyone I interacted with and thank them personally, but even the names I can recall would just be the tip of the iceberg. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their tireless efforts on behalf of myself and the patients around me. I simply could not have been in better hands, and my biggest regret is that I cannot adequately express my thanks as much as they deserve. I can only speak as to my own experience of course, but they made a difficult point in my life so much less of a burden by their tireless efforts to help me. Thank you to everyone I met; I only hope you all realize how much of a positive impact you make on the lives of so many.
"The best possible experience"
