"Caring manner"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

Went for a gait test. Very apprehensive but was talked through test step by step in a very caring and understandable manner which put me at ease.

The two professionals kept me at ease by redirecting my attention to my hobbies.

Dear Non-stop mo

Thank you for your nice feedback about your time spent in our Neurology Department. I'm glad to hear your gait test went well and you felt our staff were caring and understanding during this.

We always aim to provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere when possible for our patients during such tests and I'm glad on this occasion you felt supported.

I hope your feeling better

Kind Regards

Kevin
