"I have lost all faith in this surgery"

About: Thurmaston Health Centre

I have been registered at this practice for more than 25 years and over the last 8 months or so the practice has gone down hill.

It is virtually impossible to get my young child in to see a doctor let alone myself on the same day.

Even when I call the surgery at 08.30 I am told that all the appointments for the morning have gone, but over heard another patient trying to get an appointment and the receptionist said yes no problem we are not that busy?

Was advised by a doctor "if you think your child is in that much pain then take them to A & E.

Urine sample for my child came back negative (that's if they sent it to be tested at the hospital) hospital said different! Local pharmacy collects my prescriptions and delivers them to my home.

Every time the pharmacy go to collect the prescriptions they are not available to collect, this is happening every month and I am having to call the surgery to chase the prescription and they always come up with some ridiculous excuse.

My prescriptions have been delivered for the past 3 years from the same pharmacy!
