"outstanding level of service"

I attended Chorley urgent care on Bank Holiday Monday with my son who had a facial injury. We were seen within 10minutes by the nurse practitioner who quickly identified he had a broken jaw. She was able to organise x-rays, bloods and IV antibiotics and then referred him to the max fax team at RPH. She was extremely professional providing reassurance and explaining everything so that we could both understand and ask any questions we had. I can’t recommend highly enough ...when we arrived at RPH we were seen again within 10mins and shortly after he was in surgery. Extremely grateful.
