Dear Mrsnoah

I am sorry to hear that you recently suffered two TIA’s and required a stay in hospital. I hope that you are recovering well.

After everything that you have been through staff will appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and write such positive comments. Thank you.

I am pleased to hear that you were quickly seen and assessed and that your follow up care was prompt. I will pass on your kind words to all the teams and thank you again.

Best wishes to you and kind regards

Lise

Dear Mrsnoah,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on CareOpinion. I am very sorry that you had a reason to use our services and those of our partners in the wider NHS. Suffering not one but two TIA's must have been very frightening for you. Having a paramedic next door came in quite handy it would seem.

It is however very nice to read that your experience of such an event was very positive and you took the time to share these lovely comments about all involved in your care. It is always nice to read a positive story directly from a patient. You would have had so much going through your mind at the time and the fact that you remember all of this is a real credit to the work of the NHS Staff.

I do hope that you are on the road to a full recovery and are keeping well now.

I wish you all the very best.

Kind Regards

Alan
