(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My problem is a Alcohol addition.

I have found CGL a great help in my recovery. They have taught me how to deal with my addition. I was also put through a detox programme to put me on the right path to my recovery. I would recommend anyone with an addition to seek help  through an organisation like CGL.

It not easy to deal with a problem like an addition and I would recommend anyone to receive help and not try to do a recovery programme by them selves.
