"5* service"

I wanted to congratulate the staff at The Alexandra Hospital for the 5* service provided. I recently had minor hand surgery. All the staff were amazing. On arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile from the reception staff. I was offered assistance with my bag to escort me to my room, which I declined. I was greeted with another warm welcome on arrival to the ward. During surgery the staff sensed my anxiety and a lovely lady held my hand and provided reassurance during the procedure. The catering staff offered me assistance with my meal following surgery.
