"RECENT STAY AT GT TEY WARD - JOINT REPLACEMENT"

I have recently undergone joint replacement, temporarily residing on the Great Tey Ward at Colchester General. Although the Ward was busy all the staff were professional, supportive and committed to patient care. Through out the consultation process to performing the operation and aftercare the surgeon/his staff have also been exemplary in their conduct/professionalism/esprit de corps. Unequivocally, I recommend anyone to receive treatment at Orthopaedics and the wider hospital. My experience doesn't support in any way the rather negative image portrayed by the Media etc.
