"Ants in my coffee"

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

My experience here was great, until I decided to get a coffee from the vending machine in the cafe in the children's building. I had ordered a latte, and it gave me an Americano and then, I proceeded to take a sip, AND I BIT INTO ONE OF THESE GRAINS, as I walked out I saw an ant on my finger. My parents thought it was grains but were in disbelief when I proceeded to pour some onto my hand and THREE more ants came out. I'm traumatised by this experience. Won't waste my money there again, for the quality of the staff service unfortunately was made invalid by the poor self service machines. I can still feel the ant in the back of my throat. I am afraid of germs..
