"Making exercises enjoyable"

About: West Mendip Community Hospital

(as a service user),

I have just completed a block of physiotherapy exercises run by David at the West Mendip Hospital. He made it very easy to follow the exercises he demonstrated, threw in humour and, what I found particularly useful, were his demonstrations of how NOT to do the exercises. He explained which muscles were being worked on with each exercise so that we could all understand  the purpose of the particular movement.
