(as the patient),

I hate having bloods taken. I hate having injections - everything like that. I was in tears when they came into the waiting room but the nurses were amazing. They were so gentle and kind even if I did nearly pass out!

Thank you for telling us about your experience when you came for a blood test. I will pass on your kind words to the team who will be very happy to hear you had a good experience and managed to not pass out!! Hopefully in the future you will not worry about having a blood test.
