"The whole experience was pain free"

Referral to colposcopy clinic after 3 smears taken at 6 monthly intervals had all shown minor changes to cervix. This was worrying as my mother had died of cervical cancer aged 56 and I was 3 months away from my 55th birthday.

The whole experience was very professional with very informative staff who covered all areas of treatment available and answered all the questions I had. Starting with the receptionist through to the assisting nurses Jackie and Rita and the consultant Dr Lesley the whole experience was pain free and fully explained all aspects of the procedure before during after the examination.

They made what was a very scary time a routine visit with their professionalism and manner.
