I am very pleased with this service. it was run with professionalism, care and understanding All of the staff involved encouraged me to complete exercises within the group by giving me a personal exercise plan. This was designed to help with my condition and the physiotherapists explained what exercises and movements will help improve my mobility and control some of the pain.
