"Missing results and long waits for answers."

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital

(as the patient),

I was sent to the Golden Jubilee for an MRI. And after chasing my doctor for results, it was brought to my attention the Golden Jubilee lost my notes! 

After 2 months, I've still not received my results, as the consultant has not verified my letter to be sent out.

This means I have been without treatment for over a month, for a condition that's gotten worse over time. I'm extremely upset with how the NHS is being run, and leaving patients in the dark when they need results.
