After a lot of appointments and scans I had a neck dissection and tonsilectomy, my consultant was lovely and I took an instant liking to him. My nurse who I had access to was lovely aswell.
I felt the team knew what was going on between them. After my consultant returned from his (well deserved) holiday I had the op and went onto ward c33, the nurses were lovely. Met a lovely registrar who assisted the op and made me feel comfortable, she has a lovely, caring manner. After lots of healing and things being sent off to pathology I find out I had a branchial cyst, just like my consultant suspected,
I shook his hand and said thankyou and goodbye. I wanted to give him a cuddle. Well done my ent team for the care I was given. Emma short
