"What a fantastic woman"

Had to attend Out of Hours service at Borders General Hospital on Saturday.   First time at hospital and cannot praise the staff enough  who were all so pleasant and helpful  from the reception staff at the desk to the GP who also came in.   I wanted to personally  highlight the care from  Bernice the Nurse on duty - what a fantastic women.   Bernice is extremely professional, and above all compassionate and a complete credit to the NHS.
