(as a service user),

I have recently attended an invitation from the Breast Screening programme at the mobile unit which was sited at Loch Leven Health Centre in Kinross.   I would like to thank both members of NHS Staff who guided me through this experience.   At no time did I feel vulnerable and was treated with great respect and dignity.   This really helped me through what other wise could have been an anxiety proving process.   What a fantastic service, now just have to wait on the results!

The breast screening staff would like to thank you for your kind words regarding your recent screening appointment. We are aware that attending for screening can be a bit of an anxious time for some women and we try very hard to ensure that the experience is made as stress free as possible.
