The team at the children’s hospital were fantastic. Our little girl was unwell and everyone in the team was kind and caring towards us all.
They provided clear explanations about the observation period she would need and reassured us that she was going to be fine. It’s a very busy hospital yet all staff are kind, energetic and make the time for their patients. The cleaning staff were constantly working hard in the waiting area ensuring the area was very clean and hygienic.
