"Fantastic representative for service"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as a service user),

Julie who did my bone density scan was very kind, professional and informative throughout the whole procedure. She was running ten minutes late and immediately apologised about that. The whole process was completed within half an hour and I felt no discomfort or concerns at any point. As a healthcare professional within the same Trust, I thought Julie was a fantastic representative for her service.

It is so lovely when a patient takes the time out to acknowledge the care given was good.

Julie represents the teaching philosophy we all adhere to in DXA and that is patient first on all accounts.
