3 year old son struggling for breath in middle of the night.
Called 111 who sent ambulance. Andy M paramedic arrived.
Excellent at making my son calm down and was quickly able to get a good rapport with him. Felt able to trust him straight away. Very thorough and gave really clear advice.
Amazing at communicating with us as parents and my son. Was very happy with the care he received.
