i recently spent two days and nights in the Coronary Care ward whilst a stent was fitted into my heart following a heart attack. From entering the ward I felt I was in good hands which helped to ease my levels of anxiety I was experiencing. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and undertook their responsibilities efficiently. Even when faced with aggressive and disrespectful patients they never flinched from “doing their job”. I cannot thank them enough. Similarly, all aspects of the operation was the same experience. Staff in the ward and in the operation helped to put the patient at ease and again professional and knowledgeable. My overall experience was very positive and I am extremely grateful to all I came into contact with.
