Thank you so much to the amazing team in NHS Grampian ITU. My elderly mother in-law was involved in an RTC suffering multiple injuries and was cared for in ITU for 5 nights. The staff were fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for better partnership working. As a family we were welcomed, fully informed and invited to be involved in decision making.
My mother in-law was cared for with expertise, compassion and genuine caring.
The atmosphere in the unit was of calm organisation, even in busier spells. Staff seemed to respect and support each other and leadership was evident.
We were so lucky to have such an amazing team providing care in the most critical of times. Thank you.
