About: Hadleigh Boxford Group Practice

I have on 3 occasions made booking recently and received incorrect services. 1. Made a booking as per November Dr request, that when my prescription ran out I should book tests for bloods and blood pressure and then see a Dr for my new prescription. I arrived to be booked to see a DR and no bloods or anything was booked. I had to make a second appointment to do this. To find out no blood pressure was booked, fortunately the nurse assisted with the self help one. On seeing my blood pressure she consulted a DR who said I must make a appointment to see a Dr as my pressure was high and a concern. I made the appointment and then saw a nurse again who on talking my blood pressure said it was borderline but ok, so no major. However i have on 2 occasions asked to please be mailed with the permission to create an online logon for self service and both times have not received the email. The really good things is everyone is very polite but with me needing to take time for work (I work in London) this is turning out to be taxing on my leave allocation
