"Their priorities are all wrong"

I've got some concerns about Broadoak unit of Broadgreen hospital. I've got a friend thats in the hospital, and the lack of care I think has been disgusting. There has been a couple of fires recently, and the patients were just all pushed into the dining room, if the fire had spread there was a large risk to patients.                                     

And the staff in my experience have no time for patients. Sometimes I have been there and I just can't find the staff. At some times of day there are meant to be 2 staff on and I've looked and looked and where are they?

I've got concerns about the way these patients are being treated. Basically, I think the lack of patient care is disgusting, from my experience.

There was a patient a few weeks ago that really needed a doctor.  This patient had to wait nearly 2 hours to be seen by a healthcare professional.

Sometimes patients try to speak to the staff about their problems and they just haven't got the time. I feel that something really needs to be done.

It feels like when I am there, there are instances of patients being harassed by an aggressive staff member whereas what every patient needs is an appropriate care plan.

I'm just livid, there is so much wrong about this place from what I can see. They need to get their priorities right, they need to have a doctor on site,  These are normal human beings like me and you.
