"Mental health"

About: The Royal Glamorgan Hospital / Mental Illness

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed a few years back now with borderline disorder with bipolar traits...I'm on medication.

My concerns are my only allies are my husband and daughters!

I have no friends, my mother and father dont have anything to do with my life.

My behaviour lately has been a few very high, highs...hallucinations are back, anxiety bouts hitting highs then very fast downward spiral..

I've spoken gp for one to one still nothing,  I was told I should hear something soon my last appointment...now I know your stretched but I last had anyone visit or take me out as I dont like going out unless in my car was 2-3yrs now...

What am I supposed to do, I dont now have an allocated psychiatrist as he left! I'm seeing anyone available...the only thing I have as a vice right now is my headphones to shut reality off because I cant deal with it....
