"Extremely rude staff"

I came to this hospital to visit my niece. Firstly the hospital staff were all extremely rude when we went to find the ward. They were all sitting around casually being very rude and unbothered. Then the ladies made me and my family feel very unwelcomed. They spoke with a lot of attitude with I was very displeased with. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
