"Little communication"

I have been under the care of the midwifes at Midwifes House for the duration of my pregnancy and although I’ve never seen the same midwife twice (despite have to come in for extra appointments!) they all seem attentive and thorough. My biggest concern has been around the handling of my planned c section and the impact the current bed bugs infestation is having. I found out my c section has been moved back by over 2 weeks via a totally different appointment and to say this has caused me extreme anxiety is an understatement. There seems to be little communication between hospital and the patients about the situation and although I appreciate the bugs are not the fault of the midwives and consultants it’s being handled very poorly.
