About: Milton Keynes Hospital / General surgery

My visit to the Pre-op Assessment Department on Thursday, 2nd May was everything I could hope it to be.

The staff who treated me were courteous and informative, whilst being friendly and very respectful.

I was seen immediately upon booking in to the department and was involved in all decisions discussed regarding my treatment.

I had complete confidence and trust in all of the staff dealing with my pre-op assessment.

I am a white 78 year old male and my pre-op assessment was dealt with to my entire satisfaction.
