(as a service user),

My son dislocated his shoulder

He was in a lot of pain and worries

Went to Shotley Bridge urgent care and was seen immediately and pain killers issued!  Was then referred to Dryburn. Staff were brilliant and very helpful.

On our arrival at Dryburn a nurse immediately saw the pain my son was in and we were helped and he was Made to feel more comfortable within a short period of time. Dr was efficient with excellent patient care and throughout the whole ordeal we were looked after and made to feel welcome and relaxed.

Well done to all staff involved, a credit to our wonderful NHS
