"Very organised and efficient"

First of all, after the doctor's request, I was taken quite quickly by the hospital.   The staff at the Endoscopy unit, from the receptionist to the nurses and the Endoscopist were very helpful, made me feel at ease, were extremely supportive and because they were very organised and efficient they made me feel much more relaxed. They made me feel like an individual, gave me all their attention and kept me informed at every stage of the procedure. When I was taken into the theatre, they settled me down, told me what would be happening and supported me throughout the procedure. They were all an asset to the hospital, they were efficient, calm good at what they were doing and couldn't have been any more supportive than they were. All the staff looked after me, they really do care. Thanks for caring, thanks for looking after me and treating me as if I was the only patient you had seen that day. I could say with confidence that anybody attending this department would be cared for and looked after and this is coming from a man that was apprehensive and anxious before attending this unit.
