"My many visits to GEH over the last 2 months"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services

After being involved in a traffic accident I am being treated for a fractured scaphoid. It also recently became necessary for me to visit the nurse led colorectal clinic and later the endoscopy unit. In the last two months I have been to A&E, x-ray department, plaster room, outpatients, nurse led colorectal clinic, endoscopy unit and the blood test centre! I was so impressed by the amazing staff in all departments. They are so kind, helpful and friendly. I am a very nervous patient( especially at the colorectal clinic and the endoscopy unit) and these kind and caring people made me feel so relaxed. My appointments were sent to me promptly and all the information I needed was either sent to me or explained at the hospital. Everything was explained to me at every step of the way in all departments. I still have more visits but luckily I know these wonderful people are there to look after me. Thankyou to you all.
