"Review of Ringwood Medical Centre"

I am formally writing this review of this practice as complaint about the staff (some members of the receptionist's team) and the doctors. I find certain members of the reception team rude in manner and I feel that they give off a general air of " everything is too much trouble".For instance, one of the receptionists that is employed there rolled here eyes at me when i asked for a specimen jar and then proceeded to abruptly slide it across the desk at me and this woman was a trainee!? I also found her to be extremely cold/miserable in her countenance and not at all friendly, warm and helpful like i thought a receptionist should be!? As for the doctors i found them to be un-helpful, insincere, ( or not really concerned one way or the other with my welfare or treatment.) I feel that they dont really have the time or the inclination to 'properly' help me.I feel as if they are hurrying or rushing me and if i do take my time they get fidgty and impatient.I understand that the NHS and the doctors who work for it are under a great deal of pressure but i dont really think this should impair their duty of care towards their patient. And of course there really is no need for bad manners!! from the receptionist, especially when dealing with sick or ill people. I would lastly like to add that I suffer from depression and anxiety and I am diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome so I can frequently find their attitudes and actions extremely confusing, un-helpful and very upsetting.
