"I don't know what I'd do without this service"

About: Castleview Day Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

What I love most about coming to Day Service is the company, and most importantly just getting out of the house, as when you get older the 4 four walls start to close in on you. To be honest I am unsure what I would do without this Service as the thought of not have adult company scares me. The staff make the Service as they are all very pleasant in their manner. I like to join in with most activities and I know if I am unsure about anything, then staff are there to give me guidance & support. I hope this Service will be here for many more years to come.

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us to let us know about your thoughts and experiences of our day services.

A number of people tell us on a regular basis about how much they feel the benefit of company and you are quite right to point out that our say services do that amongst the other things that they provide.

I will pass on your kind comments to the staff group and I know that they will be very pleased to hear such positive things.
