"It's fine just have some more pills!"

I have been suffering from an unknown debilitating illness since I had glandular fever last year and instead of checking to see if there was anything wrong with me I just got chucked pills that treated the symptoms but actually did nothing to help me. The also gave me two prescriptions that shouldn't be mixed almost giving me a stomach ulcer and landing me in a and e. They ignored my repetitive tonsilitis and refused to take them out until again I ended up in hospital having the antibiotics stopped working, I had the infection at least 8 times in six months and I couldn't get rid of it; the hospital took over and removed my tonsils. They also seem to lose and misplace prescriptions constantly often sending mine to a little pharmacy in Guilford (a place I have never been) and not allowing me my contraceptive pill because they had no record of it even though I've been taking it for 2 years. When we asked the receptionist what was going on the best she had for us was "If it helps you're not alone" If you ask me that's worse you are messing with peoples health and lives here. Just ridiculous.
