"Carer support service"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Carer services

(as a carer),

I attended the support group first time last week, it was a great opportunity and experience to meet with Emma and Jude, both very different, yet equally friendly, polite and caring. Even had nice doughnuts 🍩 .

The other carers were a lovely bunch too.

The session was informal, fun and meaningful. I left the group thinking, yes, I did the right thing, and I'll be back next month.

Keep up the great work ladies!!

Hello, my name is Jane Danforth. My role involves helping our service users, volunteers and staff to understand that Notts Healthcare wants to hear stories about our services. We reply to every story and it really helps us to improve what we do, how we do it and to hear about what works well too.

Dear Jelly Belly 56!

Thank you for your great feedback about the support group. We really value you taking the time to share how you feel about your experience. Jude and Emma will reply soon but in the mean time I want you to know that your story is the 6,000th story on Care Opinion in our 10th anniversary year of stories shared online about Notts Healthcare services.

Congratulations on helping us to achieve this!

Jane

Dear Jelly Belly 56

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, this is really appreciated. What fantastic feedback it was for the City Carer Support Team; Jude and Emma. It is so wonderful to hear that services provided for Carers, Family Members and Friends are getting it right. Keep up the fantastic work Jude and Emma.
