"absolutely unacceptable"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital / Maternity

Day 5 (of life) midwife appointment. They refused to come to our house (which I had never heard of before) so we had to trek in to QC in the pouring rain for a completely routine check up. All 3 of us soaked. No one seemed to know anything about us when we arrived. It pains me to write a stinking review, especially as the midwives were professional and pleasant and other staff went out of their way to help us out. But, really, day 5 check ups in hospital? What's that about? Go somewhere else for your kids.
