"Entirely positive healthcare experiences"

About: Ayrshire Central Hospital Crosshouse Hospital / Cardiology General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as the patient),

I am fed up with hearing on the news all the criticism the Scottish Healthcare system keeps receiving. I attend the Steward Health Centre and always manage to ring up and get an appointment to see my GP the very same day. I have a pacemaker fitter and regularly attend either the Ayrshire Hospital or Crosshouse Hospital and the experiences have always been positive and the staff are all polite and pleasant on each appointment. I hope the people who work in these services get to hear this feedback.

Dear maybs49

Thank you so much for providing such positive feedback. I am delighted to hear that you are happy with the services NHS Ayrshire and Arran provide and especially with the staff you have met. I know that staff try very hard to provide safe, effective and person centred care so they too will be very happy to hear your feedback.

Thank very much

Best Wishes

Laura
