"This Gp surgery never has appointment,waste of..."

I have tried numerous times to get appointments for my children for the past 8weeks and I am told to call back early. I do so and I still can't get an appointment...can anyone in this surgery explain why this is?. I pay my taxes and I expect for my children to be able to see the doctor when they are ill. They can't see the doctor now when they need to as all appointments are full for the next week. (why does this surgery not have a booking system to allow patients to book up to one month).This surgery is a joke and it needs to serve or closed down because they do not provide the service they should be provided to the general public, which is really sad.
