"Shocking surgery should be closed down."

I called at 8am to finally have my call answered a quarter of an hr later to be told the only appointment was with one particular doctor who nobody wants to see there for was the only doctor free, I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment to find out my appointment would be 36 mins late I thought that was quite good for this surgery and doctor in particular so I waited for 45 mins so went to ask receptionist how much longer it would take who told me I had 2 people still in front of me so went to sit back down and wait patiently 1hr and 10mins after my appointment time I was called in, on entry this doctor was on the phone to his receptionist speaking about how he would make an appointment our ofcyhe surgery seeings as he was already late and had 3 more patients to see, when he finally turned his attention to me he asked what was wrong I went on to say that I felt like I wish I hadn't of eoken up for the last 2 weeks to which this doctor hurriedly said so what are you symptoms what's actually wrong with you. Now I'm no doctor but I will safely say that at present I am depressed and went there for help and guidance. This doctor after listening to everything I had to say gave me a sick note for work with low mood written on it and referred me to their councillors so went to reception where the receptionist were dancing and laughing with each other and with finally noticing me came to the window I said I needed an appointment for a councillor got my name written in a book and told I would be contacted this week. With no contact I called them only to be told there are no appointments for next month yet so call at the end of the week. If I was told this had happened by a friend I would think he had embellished slightly but if anything I have toned this shocking experience down.
