About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

The care and attention i received at hairmyres was exemplary.

I had an appointment with the lovely Michelle Clinical physiologist, this lady is a shining example of the professionalism, care, dedication and overall attitude that staff in the NHS should display. She has a way of talking to you and explaining things that make you feel your anxiety's lift with each passing second. 

During the examination she and he colleague Gordon were wonderful, Gordon continually checked i was okay and gave me a reassuring hand, how they keep you calm and grounded is beyond compare. 

A lot could be learned from these two. i was truly blessed to have these two amazing people looking after me during my appointments
