"I want to say thanks to my midwife"

(as the patient),

Last summer, I delivered my baby, even if was not easy at all, I had the most amazing midwife in the word. I was scared, I was in pain but she was there for me 100%. Her shift ended before I delivered the baby, I remember that her name is Yasmine or something next to this name, but I will always remember her friendly help and professional advices. I just want to let her know that   we are ok thanks to her, I have a healthy and happy baby boy and her support has been invaluable, and I will always pray for her.
