"Well cared for!"

We attended A&E twice in a 24 hour period and our son was very well cared for.

He had acute urticaria and was experiencing lots of pain and discomfort.

The triage team was efficient and helpful.

The consultants and nursing team were really kind as they needed to take blood from our 6 year old - who was frightened.

They were so patient and kind.

He was sent up to the dolphin ward were he was seen by the paediatric team.

I felt that we were well treated.

He was looked over by the junior doctor and Followed up with senior consultants.

Throughout this time - the medical team were keeping us informed and helping us.

I would recommend the service at Kingston hospital.
