(as a service user),

I was extremely nervous to have this procedure done as I had this previously ( 3 yrs ago) & the experience was very unpleasant.

This time I had the support of a very kind & supportive medical team, both Jenny & Claire were fantastic at putting me as ease & supporting me through the procedure which to be honest was much better than 3 years ago.

The consultant Mr Campbell immediately put me at ease pre procedure which obviously made a great difference to my coping skills throughout, the whole team were amazing! Thank you to all.

thank you for posting feedback in Care Opinion, sorry to see you had an unpleasant experience previously, but glad that on this occasion the staff were able to support you and put you at ease and this made you cope better with this experience.
