About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as a service user),

On arrival to the ambulatory care I was taken through immediately for my appointment which was great as I didn’t have time to sit and think about my procedure.

The nurses treating me were Kirsty and Laurianne who were both very professional and caring. They both made me feel relaxed and at ease. The procedure was quick and painfree. Great treatment from NHS staff and comfortable and clean treatment room.

It can be an anxious time coming into hospital for a procedure and I am pleased you were taken on time and didn't have more time to worry.
