I was seen instantly by the triage nurse and moved swiftly though the department. Everybody I dealt with was excellent, professional and friendly. The doctor was very informative and knowledgable, he answered all my questions and explained everything well. Hope I don't have to use A&E again but would always choose the Countess of Chester over my local hospital -Wrexham Maelor!
