my mother is 91 she hurt her back coming off the toilet. She has severe arthritis. I phoned the surgery for an on call doctor home visit i was told to ring for an ambulance. She is now bed bound and still in pain . There has been no follow up ,no phone call .I will have to see about a home visit it they will come out.THIS PRACTISE IS APPALLING> THEY SHOEW NOINTEREST IN PATIENTS > I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE
