"Day Surgery in Endoscopy"

I had sinus surgery & nasal polyps removed under day surgery. I found the staff professional, courteous & warm. The anesthetist who saw me before my OP was just lovely. She explained everything in detail & I felt safe & reassured in her hands.

The surgeon spoke to me before the OP to make sure I understood everything that was happening & to see if I had any questions or queries. After I came round, the nursing staff were equally as caring & lovely. Also, a mention for the kind lister volunteer who made me a coffee & toast after my surgery, which was much needed. The anesthetist popped back to see me after the OP to check on me & have a quick chat. The ward was spotlessly clean. All in all, I felt very well looked after, at a time when you can feel very vulnerable. A big thank you to all involved, your care & professionalism was top-notch.
