"It is not easy to be at the receiving end"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

It is not easy to be at the receiving end.

I had a UGI Endoscopy by my esteemed colleague Dr Sengupta. It is not easy to have a procedure in a Unit where you know everybody so well. Everybody was discrete, professional and kind. This made the whole experience much easier.

Big thank you to all the staff involved including the Staff in the Cleaning Room and those in the 'Booking Unit'. Finally, special thank you to Shona, Craig, Barbara and Dr Sengupta. The support, reassurance and empathy during the procedure is greatly appreciated.

Dear Amin

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments on Care Opinion following you recent Endoscopy.

It is so nice to hear that you were treated with the utmost dignity and respect that we strive to achieve for all our patients.

I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to Dr.Sengupta, Craig, Shona and the team in the booking unit and cleaning room.

Kind regards

Sandra
